The Ravenala Attitude is a 4* all-suite hotel in Mauritius approx. an hour from the airport, and only 15 mins from the tourist hotspot of Grand Baie. This eco-friendly hotel sits on the island’s northwest coast in the small village of Balaclava, tucked between the sea and river. The views are spectacular, surrounded by emerald-coloured gardens and a backdrop of soaring mountains. There are 272 suites with options for couples, adults and families. In the adults-only wing, all suites overlook the Indian Ocean and have views of the sunset. The hotel offers a Dine Around experience in 6 of its 9 restaurants, choosing from beachside dining at the lounge-bar, Italian, Asian or a romantic dinner on the Lemon River. For youngsters, there’s the Kids Club and, for grown-ups, there’s Spa POZ for some relaxing ’me time’. The hotel has banned all single-use plastic, introduced a Bulk Shop so you can help yourself to tea and coffee for your room in reusable glass jars.

Beverages
Selection of local beverages including water, beer, tea, coffee, soft drinks, house wine, locally bottled alcohol and spirits 10am-11.30pm at the Pool Bar (last order at 11.15pm). Selection of drinks and snacks at the Bulk Shop corner in Laboutik 8am-11pm. Afternoon tea 4-6pm: tea, coffee, sweet local goodies at Bistrot Bar. Local snacks served with evening drinks.
