Located in Kalodyne on the north coast of Mauritius, approx. 75 mins from the airport, 4* Zilwa Attitude, with stunning panoramic ocean views and facing the 5 northern islands, is one of a kind. Experiences are designed to immerse guests in island life, from sunrise pirogue trips to BBQs on the private island of Gran Zil. The architecture takes inspiration from traditional homes and old seaside bungalows found on the island. The 214 rooms have been recently-refurbished and refreshed and there is new furniture in the main areas. All water sports are non-motorised (outside of educational purposes). Dining is a highlight at Zilwa Attitude and the 7 restaurants include Creole, Indian and a new Thai restaurant, as well as a street food cart. For children there is a kids club. The hotel has banned all single-use plastic, introduced a Bulk Shop so you can help yourself to tea and coffee for your room in reusable glass jars. Picnic basket for lunch when going on excursion.
